This role involves providing human feedback to train AI voice models by participating in and evaluating German-language conversations. You will engage in live, scenario-based dialogues with AI and review recorded conversations for naturalness, helpfulness, and audio quality. - Native or highly fluent German speaker - Experience with improvisation, role-play, or unscripted performance - Customer-facing experience or experience evaluating audio content is a plus Pay: $15-50/hr (up to $29.00/hr for core project work, with potential for additional incentives) To apply, sign up on the Outlier.ai platform.
